Microsoft Connect

Here are some of the changes that have been made in this new connect website-

1. See and feel the warmth.
Out with the blue, in with the new.  We’ve updated the display of the site throughout with new graphics, and an overall more attractive design.

2. The homepage is tastier.
We’ve placed more emphasis on sign-in for those who already know what they’re doing.  We’ve elaborated on what Connect is about for newbies.  Overall, we intend for this revised homepage to offer the thing you came here for – a morsel of good stuff when you’re browsing and a sign-in opportunity when you want to get straight to your stuff.

3. Your Dashboard is the new My Participation.
This is your epicenter for the areas you care about: your connections, your activity, your watchlist, and more.  We’re making big efforts around showing you what you care about without asking you to navigate into each connection and poke around.  You’ll be seeing further changes that will enable more cross-connection roll-ups in the coming months.

4. Connection Directory is the new Available Connections.
If you ever experienced issues finding the connections and programs you were looking for, we made this change for you.  We’ve grouped these items together and added categories to them for maximum find-ability.  We’ve also added filters so you can sort this content, find what interests you, and increase your participation across the site.
